ABOUT CORSAIR RED ABSINTHE
To make our modern American take on this classic spirit, we started with traditional 1800’s recipes and herbs to give our Absinthe Superieure the clean notes of a classic blanche.  Then we tweaked it with the unusual, including citrus, tarragon (Dragon Wormwood, a relative of the Grand Wormwood), and Red Hibiscus for floral tones and its bright red color.

TASTING NOTES
Balanced aroma of hibiscus, wormwood and floral scents on the nose give way to a silky mouthfeel of pepper and floral notes that is balanced with a dry, long lasting finish.
